Living in Rhythm

In collaboration with the National Jazz Museum in Harlem, our project envisions a vibrant housing community that celebrates the spirit of music. Designed for musicians, short-term visitors, and all who cherish the cultural heartbeat of Harlem, the development offers a mix of artist residences and affordable housing. Here, living among music is not a privilege—it is an open invitation.

At the heart of the design is a professional amphitheater, opening a sweeping facade to the city and transforming performances into shared public experiences rather than exclusive events. A rooftop venue allows for intimate performances and rehearsals, while an open green space welcomes spontaneous gatherings and unoffi cial performances by residents and visitors alike.
